The PIPELINES team in collaboration with CCCECE will present the following webinars focused on enhancing common content in Community College programs preparing Early Childhood Educators. Using Observation, Documentation, and Assessment to Support Each and Every Child and Family

What are the capabilities early childhood educators need to be competent and confident observers, recorders, and reporters of the learning and development of young children who are diverse in culture, language, ability, and life experiences including dually identified young children? This session will share: 1) ideas about what effective early childhood educators need to know and be able to do; 2) activities and assignments that can build the capacity for students to be confident and capable; and 3) resources to support early childhood faculty in addressing these issues within their courses and CAP considerations.
